Heres case thats both sad .... and funny at same time ....  in japan we have low crime .... though it does happen on occasion ..... an sadly last few years have seen an increase in crimes committed by seniors .... in this case 83 year old man was arrested after attempting to rob a credit union ...... when ask why he did it in court by the judge ..... he replied "so could eat better and have fun with girls " ...... he was given one year on account of his age an health .....

Yes, that's pretty sad. Just like, I've heard some delinquent teens say they committed crimes so they could be kept up by the state because their parents didn't have money to feed and clothe the entire family. Their juvenile record is kept from public, so it doesn't affect them after they turn 18 out in the real world.
