Mind, Matter, and Quantum Mechanics

I have read about how some people can make their mind meld with material objects and cause them to move; kind of like spoon bending.  
Take a look at what this man, José Manuel Castro López , did using this technique with rocks.

Spanish sculptor José Manuel Castro López is not afraid to experiment and alter familiar ideas at his will. In his hand sculptures, which are skillfully carved from quartz and granite, he makes hard objects appear as malleable, soft, and squishy. The master says that he thinks of himself as more of a druid than a sculptor, as he tries to connect with each stone and breathe life into it. José doesn’t come up with the design for his works in advance, counting on inspiration to strike during the process.

Isn't that awesome?!   The power of the mind is just a fascinating topic that never ceases to amaze me!

I've always heard, "It's mind over matter" but never realized to what extent that applied. LOL
