If, like me, you cannot log in through your cellular phone and you’re getting a code message:

Click on Portal, on the main page.

Then log in through the Portal page.

Just click on Discussions Forum once you’re in.

Works for me :)

Every day now, I log in and then RN tells me I've failed to enter. I -like NightSkyeB4Dawn suggests, press the
'Discussions Page' link and either I'm automatically sent there or I have to try again.
I believe when a member logs in, they're in... it just takes time for the site to adjust.

But I only believe that.

The time available this coming weekend will be used to try and correct that situation. The theme we are under now, called Dark 1.8 is outdated, under the new platform and could be the reason why so many issues are coming up, especially because it isn't mobile friendly under MyBB 1.8.

We will be trying a new theme which is responsive AND mobile friendly, in the hopes that it solves, not only the login issues, but other issues as well.

We created an alternative test site where we will test the theme before bringing it here. IF it proves responsive, we will also test the DVZs there, meaning the updated Shoutbox, Alerts and Mentions (tagging with @) in the test site before bringing them here.

Those are this weekend plans :)

I think so, yes.
I'm hoping Marcs' upgrades will iron out most (if not all) of the weird glitches for us.

There are lots of settings and things that can be "tweaked", but I think we're better off installing all of the latest, most compatible upgrades first, and then ironing out any persistent niggles thereafter.
