Happiest country on earth says hello

Finland is considered one of the safest countries in the world. The reported crime rate is 98.2 per 1,000 inhabitants. Most of these reported crimes involved property and traffic offenses. In the past couple of years, less than 5% of the population has reported instances of violent crime.

How is this good? Please explain.

I need to go downtown today. During the morning hours. There will be about 20 people in the bus. Statistically 1 of those persons has experienced violence in the past couple of years.

What about those violent attacks that were never reported to begin with?

What the hell is wrong with humans? This is not a civilization this is a God damn tragedy.
