Bad guys were definitely the worst threat.

I just would really like to know why.

I'd mostly bet it's because we have two forward facing eyes.

The older you get though, the less likely it is you want to hurt other people, and just want to be left alone.

You made a Wisdom drop. 
How old are you? I am 36 and all I wish for is that the rest of the world can kill themselves in peace. I talk to God about my smartass outlook on life and dark sense of humor and in return I end up a broken and damaged 30 something year old.

My son is 37. I turn 60 in less than 60 days.

You're doing good. You're smart. You're making things happen for yourself. You get along ... and people like you. You only 'think' you're broken and damaged. You ain't.

Remember to charge your customers what _you_ are worth ... and you'll do just fine. An E-8 buddy of mine used to smith Ted Nugent's guns ... and got paid what he was worth. Still wasn't enough to pay the light bill by the end of the year.  IOW ... don't give up your day job if it's paying the bills.

I learned those lessons way too late in life. I gave away my services for a pittance for way too many years.

Be prepared for those that have not learned their worth to become angry with you or for them trying to undermine you.
