Depopulation/Satanic sacrifice in Moscow

So your saying a whole neighborhood or at least sections of neighborhoods apartment buildings people were all murdered for satan?

Or disappeared for another reason but sacrifice ritual seems to be the reason.

What would the significance of these people be that would make them good enough to “sacrifice”? like if I were all into that dark and evil shit and I wanted to impress the boss id do a little better then a horde of meaninglessly small poor people and their pets. 

Also the logistics of something that scale would be a feat all in itself as well.
