@Conan X has fascinating thread on..."When did Atlantis fall? Tolkien, Howard, and the Chronology of Deep Time: wherein we attempt to understand the articulation of two true accounts of the heroic ages of ancient earth."

I love to watch and read about things like that....but to be honest I haven't got the time, or to be brutally honest the attention span - to watch 10 episodes quite a few of which are nearly two hours long.

Any chance of a brief synopsis?
