I think Dynamo 01 was that flight out of Mazar-i-Sharif. They had a hell of a time getting off the ground there because of Taliban delays. and when they finally did get off the ground, the US would not clear them to land here, so they had to land in a tertiary country and cool their heels, in this case the UAE. Some of the flights were diverted to Qatar as well. My best guess is that the State Department determined there might be a bunch of non-Biden voters on it as the cause of the delays... but being delayed like that by the BidenHarris regime is not going to magically turn them into Biden voters.
That whole Afghanistan Panicked Retreat was disgraceful. The entire thing. There was nothing graceful about it anywhere the US touched. We had to get Ukranian Security Forces to go outside the wire and bring in some of the refugees, because US forces wouldn't.
