It's good to see this is going on in Australia as well - that the opposition is committing the same stupid tactical errors that they are committing here in the US.
Labeling people as "white supremacists" regardless of their skin color, labeling people as "right wing extremist fascists" because they are protesting to defend the freedom of all - such foolishment is what will eventually wake the masses to what is really going on by giving the lie to the opposition's false narrative.
It amuses me to no end that the opposition is doubling down on stupidity every time they get called out on it. Shouting us down has somewhat worked for them so far, so they are continuing on with that.. but awareness will eventually reach a mass that they cannot shout down, and only then will they realize their error.
It's starting to bear some fruit here, and with any luck, the same thing will happen in Australia. People are waking up and getting tired of being labeled with pejoratives simply because they want to be left alone to make their own decisions. The backlash is on.
Using satirical remarks as this fella does is exactly the way to go about exposing that hypocrisy. Nothing calls out hypocritical stupidity like calling out hypocritical stupidity by pointing directly at it and making fun of it, and the wider and more diverse the audience, the better!
