These objects appeared like the Blink Of Your Eye out of nowhere and traveled in a straight line one behind the other evenly spaced for about 25 seconds and then Blinked Out, they vanished.
No deeming, no fading of their light, Just Poof they were gone.

Sounds  like they jumped to hyperspace. In order to do this, a ship must be equipped with a hyperdrive, which mean alien techology tinybigeyes
