Why fight at all and risk breaking one of your own fingernails when you can just stop feeding them and let them fight themselves?
Just send them enough food to get the money to cover your own local tax burden, and let them fight over what gets in to their cities.
I guess maybe I'm too vindictive. I've never been one to think a commie deserves a quick and painless death if it can be made lingering and miserable. After all, that IS what they do to us, and one good turn deserves another!
