Yeah, I saw a whole bunch of people who had been arrested sitting on the sidewalk waiting to go through the revolving door thing.
One reporter was standing at the police door taking names as they went in so he could turn their names in to be bailed out with the "bail fund".  That was a lot of names!
This infuriates me! This is what happened in Portland, no consequences for their actions. I do hope something happens later on their court date.
Protesting is fine, but stay inside the law. No looting, no breaking curfew, etc.

I'm good with reporters getting arrested for breaking the law. No, seriously - I'm good with that. If the law says "don't be out because there is a curfew on" and they are out during a curfew, then they have broken the law same as any other private citizen. Reporters are not royalty. We don't have royalty in America.

Quote:Ahh, yes, George Clooney had to weigh in. He's one of the Hollyweird elite who is trying to prevent certain "truths" from coming out about him. He is very active against President Trump. I think he follows orders from his puppet master.

Quote:Actor and director George Clooney said in a statement to Deadline: "The justice system I was raised to believe in holds people responsible for their actions. Her name was Breonna Taylor and she was shot to death in her bed by 3 white police officers, who will not be charged with any crime for her death. I know the community. I know the commonwealth. And I was taught in the schools and churches of Kentucky what is right and what is wrong. I’m ashamed of this decision."

I truly hate it when I'm forced to agree with Clooney, but here I am. I don't care what color Taylor was. I don't care what color the cops were. Clooney had no need to even mention irrelevancies like that. This was flat out cold-blooded murder during the commission of a home invasion by state-licensed killers. According to the Bill of Rights of the US Constitution, Taylor had the right to be secure in her life, property, and effects just like I do. Skin color is irrelevant, and her constitutional rights were violated in extremis. They were, literally, violated to death. Someone should be going to death row over it, but not so much as a slap on the wrist.

I can't trust Antifa - they're trying to take my rights away. I can't trust BLM or the rioters, because they are trying to take them, too. Now I can't trust the police in some jurisdictions, because not only are they trying to take my constitutional rights, they are also licensed to kill me for no good reason at all. I don't have to break any laws - I don't even have to leave my house. they can kick my door in and kill me "just because", with impunity.

That well and truly pisses ME off.

Kerry Washington is a fucking idiot. Cameron did not make this decision, a grand Jury - apparently also composed of idiots - did.

So, yeah, damn straight I'll vote... just not the way dumbasses like Kerry Washington are trying to influence me to vote. I'm not a dumbass. I know how stuff works. Washington can't influence me as long as that is true.

Quote:Oscar-winning Viola Davis said: "Bulls--t decision!!! BLACK LIVES MATTER!!! Cannot be said enough times."

Actor Anthony Rapp added, "Black Lives Matter. Breonna Taylor’s life mattered. What has been announced in Kentucky is not even remotely in the realm of anything that even begins to approach true justice for her murder."

Fuck a bunch of "BLACK LIVES MATTER"! This transcends race, and anyone who cannot see that can fairly be called a dumbass, too. They loose all my support when they try to make it about race, and then go on to attack OTHER innocent folks over it.

The whole damned world is losing it's ever-lovin' mind, and there is nowhere... NOWHERE... to turn other than to yourself. No one else can be trusted or counted on, it appears.

Diogenes was eating bread and lentils for supper. He was seen by the philosopher Aristippus, who lived comfortably by flattering the king.

Said Aristippus, ‘If you would learn to be subservient to the king you would not have to live on lentils.’ Said Diogenes, ‘Learn to live on lentils and you will not have to be subservient to the king.’
