Seems like China is determined to piss off the whole world at this time. They have been trying to take parts of India in the border regions for years.
I read yesterday that the Chinese invaded Nepal, pulling a "Tibet" on them. India knows that if they don't stop them they will all be speaking Chinese very soon.
Maybe the reason the riots have gone unchecked is to draw our attention away from the fact that REAL war could be just around the corner.
