Grace tells me that there is something called a"graduated neutral density filter" that can get both is the same shot by filtering the light at the bottom of the picture more than it filters the light at the top, thereby having a "graduated" exposure along the same image, so it IS technically possible, according to her.

The catch is that the Chinese, or NASA, would have to have some reason for wanting to get both in order for them to consider adding a filter like that to their machines, and they would have to justify the possibility of filtering something out in the image that they might want to see. It's not like they've got someone standing close by the camera to switch the filters out at will, unless they could convince one of those reptilians standing there to do it for them.
Diogenes was eating bread and lentils for supper. He was seen by the philosopher Aristippus, who lived comfortably by flattering the king.

Said Aristippus, ‘If you would learn to be subservient to the king you would not have to live on lentils.’ Said Diogenes, ‘Learn to live on lentils and you will not have to be subservient to the king.’
