Are you on a desktop web browser? Your page isn't locking up, it is just waiting for you to click on the rating box you can't see.
On a desktop:
- CTRL + mouse wheel scroll to zoom in so things are big
- Click to give rating
- CTRL + mouse wheel scroll to zoom way out - the rating box will be in the lower left corner
Then zoom to whatever your normal level is. Job Done!
