SACRAMENTO — The state of California has signed off on legislation to clamp down on greenhouse-gas emissions including black carbon from diesel trucks, and methane gas from cow flatulence.

Governor Brown signed into law today, a climate change bill which regulates emissions from cows, among other things. Emissions from blowhard politicians were left unregulated.

I can't believe this has even became an issue, among other things. Maybe they should change feeding cows the original more natural way of grass feeding? The GMO corn is mentioned and they obviously know what is causing it. But they also mention global warming too. So, who knows. Climate Change is among us and just now has concluded COW FLATULENCE.
