And they do this, because there are no repercussions. They should be bum-rushed, dragged to the nearest street-pole, and strung-up. That's when that crap would end ... instantly.
Anyone elected to The Office of President could make this happen within the first five minutes following their inauguration. Do they do it? Hell no!! Why? Because you can't get someone to be the US President who isn't already part of the system.
