Nothing is free. Even if they were telling the truth that it "costs nothing" - which is an obvious and blatant lie when there is a 3.5 billion dollar price tag on it - if they somehow found a way to fund it without raising taxes or over printing money, it would still not be "free". There will always be a price to pay either in blood, freedom, or dignity, for ANY government program.
