That "law" sounds like a trap to me.
Being that there is now a law, or a bill waiting to be signed, that says anyone who uses weed, for any reason, will have any guns confiscated from their possession, I think I'd forego letting the government know I had any.
They seem to think anyone under the influence of mary jane is a threat to society. Actually, it's the opposite. Weed calms people down and makes them easier to get along with, not to mention the health benefits.
Our law here about being able to open carry with no permit also goes into effect on July 1.
