Who is Getting Rich Off of High Lumber Prices?!?

We started looking for something to buy last summer when I got laid off. I eventually retired. Housing skyrocketed. Just waiting it out until the bubble bursts. 

I have seen people post outrageous prices for lumber. OSB plywood 7/16 for $90. 

I hope it goes down within the next year.
