Lunacy.
Just because the guy has mountains of money to dump on anyone willing to parrot whatever is in his brain, doesn't mean he can dump carbonate (or whatever) into the atmosphere.
First it was the monopoly of Microsoft wanting to control the computer world. Lately it has been pushing unapproved vaccines into peoples bodies around the world. Now he wants to fill the stratosphere with who knows what.
Is it just me seeing a pattern here?
