The Democratic Controlled STATE OF MICHIGAN
#4
That's just too dam close to home for me.

The funny dam thing is that Pierson has one dam big landfill that everyone in the dam area is using.

As you travel north on US 131 and get close to Pierson's huge landfill, it smells like a thousand truck drivers farting at the same time. You can't miss the big hill along the highway, plus you can smell it and see the buzzards circling it miles before you can see it.

So yeah, they allow the landfill to pollute the ground, groundwater and air and make the town of Pierson a stinky little shit hole you have to roll your car windows up as you pass, but have to give some land owner hell for some beavers.

We just dynamite the beaver dams when they cause a problem with flooding around here, no need for government interference. I guess Montcalm county might be different, but things get blowed up in my nearby county if they cause a problem.

Funny story though and close to my place, thanks!
