Cuomo, De Blasio Sued For $2 Billion Over Indoor Dining Ban
#2
It seems logical to distance people if in fact the virus is as virulent as has been said. A simpleton could understand the importance. Having said that, it's also true that if this turns out to be a non pandemic, and hypebole is fueling the fear, the 50% ocupancy is bunk..! Then the whole pandemic is bunk. and then some politicians heads should roll. (figuratively) It has been said in news opinions and by owners of the restrants that 50% occupancy will not support even staying in bussiness.

"Over 350 restaurants have signed on to the $2 billion lawsuit.

Il Bacco is only 500 feet from the Nassau County border, where restaurants have been able to serve indoors at 50% capacity since June 24.

New York City is the only city in the state where some form of indoor dining is still not allowed, despite a weeks-long statewide case positive rate below 1%."
