From what I have been able to gather (as posted above), the charges sprang from an altercation with her mother a few months ago.
Apparently she was visiting. She saw all the documentation (leaked info?) supporting Shadowgate. She started taking pictures of the papers and recorded conversations with her phone. When Millie, her husband and her brother found out, a family squabble broke out. They took Mom's phone and smashed it somehow. The Mother filed charges with the local PD. This was about 4 months ago. The warrant was issued a month ago and was served the day she was releasing the video.
The family has since reconciled. Immediately afterwards they bought Mom a new phone and the Mother has gone on line to denounce the arrest.
However, it does not explain an arrest made on a month old warrant on the same day her video was being released. IMHO, that is not coincidental. I am guessing if the video was going to be released later down the road, the arrest would have been made down the road. That indictment was simply waiting there as a hammer.
