They have been getting away with it for centuries. They get away with it, because they have no desire to end it, and they control what we know, what we see, what we believe, and what we do and say.
I thank you for at least continuing to remind us, because this will be just another story, that will be replaced with the next thing they what us to salivate over.
If you look back at all the stories that flooded the headlines in the past, you will see the frustration, anger, and rage of the people peak and fade at the control of the media. We either don't vet the information we receive or we accept what they allow us to know as fact, and respond as directed.
I think people believe caring is just feeling sad or outraged about an injustice. Actually doing something is believed to be outside of our capabilities, another thing they work hard on making sure we believe.
