You're assuming a Horizontal Harris/ Biden win. Harris would have to get off her back and on her feet for a few minutes to get that done... I'd say "I don't think she has it in her", but I'm sure she has SOMETHING in her, at all times!
I'm not seeing this as a winning ticket, but all the same I'm gonna start working against it several hours ago...
