But she claims that the statement Ailes made to her was during a September meeting.

That is why Roger Ailes thinks she made those charges in retaliation to not renewing her show.

Not sure why she waited to come forward when it happened in Sept.
That is what makes her look like she is doing this for spite.
Normally it would have probably turned into a "She" said/"He" said case, not much to it.
Except now, we have to toss in Megan Kelly's accusations into the mix now.
Will have to admit, not looking good for either Ailes or FOX news channel itself, if others leave with him.
