The so called "elite" have used African people for decades to do their vaccine tests. They use them like guinea pigs, all under the guise of "helping the poor".
Bill Gates is an evil man who has said on video that he wants to depopulate the world. There are many posts about him in other threads, or just do a search and see what comes up. I wouldn't use Google though because they are part of the Deep State too. They hide any topic that offers truth and only show what their puppet masters say is okay to share.
So now Mastercard and Gates have teamed up to make sure all these poor people get their vaccines?
And Mastercard says it's a "leader" in trying to get the world into a cashless society?
Without cash everyone can be tracked. Our every move can be posted onto a sheet of paper showing what we buy, when we bought it, where it was purchased, etc. This will be their way of tracking every human on earth.
Ahhh.... well, there's another reason the "scamdemic" was unleashed upon the world.

You may not be as easily identified by a small time hacker, but be assured, those at the top, the "elite", will be able to see exactly who you are, and know exactly what you bought for supper, and where, on any given day.
