Oh it's true, the CIA released documents proving it was true. I believe Ted Kaczynski, the unabomber and a math genius, was a victim of MKUltra that was posing as a psychological test at his university.
MKUltra is real, in my opinion it's just a matter of did the CIA really end it or is it still ongoing?
