I think they're losing their Power To The New Elite's.
There are only certain factions involved with the Illuminati that are a part of the Cabal, as I understand it, and they are very high up.
It has been told in the inner circles from different whistle blowers that there are a lot of members wishing to leave now because they see that they are about to crumble; they're not as strong as they try to lead people into thinking they are. These people are going to the "other side" with info to help that happen so they can get out.
The New Elites will be those who save us from these evil bastards. They won't be trying to control us like these people do. We'll have new technology to help in our everyday life, and also to help Mother Earth heal from the scars we have inflicted upon her in the past and present. New medical cures will be shared with all to save lives that have been denied to the public so Big Pharma could keep feeding the Cabal's pockets. The drug wars will end and people will get the help they need to get over addictions. All kinds of good things await us when we unite to take these evil ones down.
