Depression
#3
Welcome to RN.  I hope you enjoy your time here.

I'm no doctor, so this is not medical advice, but there are some things you can do yourself to ease your depression without resorting to pills. The only time you should inject a chemical into your body is when your hormones are out of balance, or you might have thyroid problems.
Still, there are things you can do to correct your thyroid function alternatively by taking the right amount of iodine.

There is a new thing called light therapy that will be available to the public, coming soon.  I'm not talking about your everyday sunlight, but a light that adjusts your personal frequency to a higher vibration, which in turn cures your depression.
In the mean time, there are light therapy treatments available now.  Light Therapy

You also need to eat right; maybe try leaving off meat and only eat vegetables and fruits for a while.  Always wash your vegetables and fruits to get rid of any chemicals that have been sprayed on them.  Try to avoid buying GMO products.

And while you're at it, do a toxic cleanse. Our bodies are full of metals from the chemtrails and fluoride in the water. These affect our health in a big way.
Alex Jones has some great products to choose from at the Info Wars Store to help with that and just about anything you need for your health. They even have great water and air filters.

You should also get a test done to see what vitamins and minerals your body is low in. You may just need more of something. I know Vitamin B and B-12 are a great mental and energy boosters.  Recent studies show everyone is low in vitamin D, so you need D for your body to work properly. This is as simple as exposing as much skin as possible to the sun for at least 20 minutes a day.  Vitamin D supplements work, but not as well as the real thing.  Also, it has been found that many people suffering from depression are low in Selenium. Find a good supplement.

Also, avoid wi-fi and florescent lighting as much as possible. These have a frequency they send out that affects our brain.

Listen to up-beat music. You'd be surprised how much music can affect your mood.
Here is a YT video that is supposed to help with depression. I have never listened to it; I just play up-beat music myself. I find it really helps.

You might also get some useful information from my thread about chemtrails. There are items made with orgone that you can sit around your house and necklaces to wear to protect yourself from wi-fi. I have several in my house and wear my necklace when I go out.
Here is my thread:  Under the Chembow

In the event of an emergency call 911.  If you are suicidal, call the hotline:  1-800-273-TALK (8255)

I hope this helps.
