Yes, I believe it. According to many Above Top Secret and SSP insiders, the Germans went to the moon back in the 1930s after they acquired ET technology, and built mining bases there. According to them, today we not only have mining bases and out posts on our moon, but moons and asteroids all throughout our galaxy.
