After years of drinking diet coke, I was not doing to good. Gave that up a few years ago and now I only drink sweet tea and beer. I feel so much better. More alert and focused and more energy to boot !

That's fantastic, you noticed such a dramatic improvement! I like drinking all kinds of teas, hot and cold. Beer not so much though haha, as an Aussie im supposed to love it haha! When I drink its wine (has to be sweet i hate bitter stuff) or Jack Daniels! Lol.

The more natural, the better. Should try some Kentucky bourbon sometime. I live in the heart of bourbon country.

Like Jim Beam? i used to drink that, but I like JD, alot smoother. However if someone offers it to me I wont say no lol. I saw they do their premix with the coke zero for a nice dose of Aspartame if you want a diet version. Ugh! I usually drink My Jack Daniels with sprite or something like it though, because I am not a coke fan and it tastes really good. Not sure how JB would taste in that mix,and my shots days are behind me haha.

Oh hey thats where the turtleman is from! i remember him getting a critter out of a place where there was barrels and barrels of bourbon.
