I can guarantee that no one can guarantee anything without supporting said claim with facts.
It may all be false but no one can guarantee anything until actual proof surfaces. Until then it's anyone's guess.

If it's something to do with what's in the Antarctic, or free energy, maybe he does have proof, but he's not at liberty to share it just yet (until it is released by the government).
