Oh no! So sorry to hear this. You may want to consider getting a home warranty plan. I have one through American Home Shield. It’s already paid for itself, because my washing machine went kaput, and my bathtub faucet broke at the same time. Both were fixed for a $75 deductible. I pay about $70/month, and it gives me peace of mind. It covers pretty much everything in my house, including my heating system and my hot water heater, which is almost 30 years old. That would cost me an arm and a leg to replace.

Damn i would enjoy to see people get married for a change. All i seem to get is funerals.
