I would advise that the government does not impose a door to door vaccine mandate. I suspect that would result in a higher mortality rate than COVID and it's cousins could produce.

Gonna be blood. And i am not even violent. But the healthcare staff who shows up to force the "vaccine" is gonna face strong resistance here, and i suggest they show up with a police patrol with them.
