Following this train of thought, every person that has ever had sex anywhere that resulted in an unwanted injury or pregnancy, can now sue all that owned the area where it occurred.
So now homeowner's insurances can be sued. They can sue the government if it occurred on government property. They can sue the hotels, the airlines, the airports, the stadiums, and anywhere else the deed occurred.
I hope the innocent automobile sues all of them for being named as a cause, when all it was doing was sitting there. It never asked any of them to enter its personal space.
