If I were a 2 bit dictator of a small country and had friends like N. Korea does I too would be sucking up for the tech and ability to go nuclear. Nothing says, "do not mess with me" like a few ICBMs tipped with nuclear or hydrogen bombs IMO. We need to get off this planet as a species so we can have enter planetary wars instead of local stuff!!
