I do remember the artificial food shortage started before the collapse of USSR. The point was to convince the public how bad was this economical system and to change to capitalism.
After the change from 28th place in industrial development we drop almost to the bottom, worse than some African countries.
In turned out all the food were hidden in the forest.
"4th industrial revolution" is coming, but this change would be on the entire globe. So what gonna happen after this change? We are not only gonna be poorer but even with more limited civil rights.
And I can speculate even more, if the plan with the food shortage fails, expect a false flag alien invasion attack.
