It's working for me. Just super sloooooow.

First browser says connection interrupted and then if you wait another few minutes it loads.

And so it begins. . . to begun. . . the slowness of ATS!

Well, technically it can only begin to have begun after it originally began. Therefore the beginning was only begun during the time Jesus was a cowboy. 

Hence the answer is 33.333333 repeating, of course.
