You could create another acct and just post in Mandarin. Bitching is sometimes allowed (to a degree for a specific topic) IF a mod or Admin creates a thread for it. I think, not sure, varies. I usually not pay much attention to the fire storms.
Posting in another language is against the rules. I was warned about that not long after I started participating at ATS.
