I think the Chairman on that board must have been in on the gag. He was straight-manning all over the place with lines such as "we're going to take a 5 minute break and wipe all that stuff down over there" and "Please state your name and address... or you can just ignore me like everyone else does". What kind of officious, stuffed-shirt chairman would say stuff like that at a board meeting unless he already knew the score?
