What exactly do you think are the motives to pushing this "no gender" BS?  I mean, it's at the point of being both totalitarian and insane.

They (the reptilian 'elites') want us all to be as similar as possible . That's why they've been pushing the eradication of the different races (especially white, blended into one race) and now genders. 
They want mindless drones acting in some hive mind fashion.  Much easier to control and influence. 
These people are absolutely criminally insane. 

I also remember reading that they want to get rid of sexuality and sex, as well as your own thoughts.
It will be a cold miserable existence if they get their way
