Explanation: Yes 'rate' is our version of starring somebody ... it affects ones 'reputation' score ok.

Well I wanted to reply to all three of you above for answering my question, but I haven’t a clue how to be that fancy!!   Oh, my, I love this place already!! My reputation in real life was shot years ago, but now I can be re-born!
