I did and I do, they always pay in cash for the exam and want a receipt with the time and date clearly printed.
They ask for a copy of their diagnosis work-up sheet as well. Which is no problem to copy.
I often will inform them about their Diabetes and High Blood Pressure after looking at their feet and ankles and or eyes, which of-course is not the illness they claim with what medication they walk in with.
I will recommend the proper Herbal Treatment or Acupuncture Treatment for their illness and I am always ignored.
If they're able to carry enough cash in with them to pay the bill, then you're not charging them like an MD would, you're charging them like a human would! What MD's charge should float a medium sized third world country for a whole year...
I guess I'm just Human and care about my patients and their wallets.
I'm not a Dentist, Veterinarian or Western Medicine Doctor.
I actually think Dentist and Veterinarian's charge more than you average office visit to your Family Doctor.
