Get well soon  minusculebeercheers

Mom mom and her husband caught it. She's 82, which was cause for concern, but she told me that all she got out of it was "loss of appetite", nausea if she forced herself to eat anyhow, and a couple days of lethargy. Her husband had a temperature that spiked to 103 for a day, which is why they got tested to begin with. Both are doing fine now, and today is the last day of their quarantine. So it seems that, in their case at least, it's not quite the bear it has been made out to be.

Diogenes was eating bread and lentils for supper. He was seen by the philosopher Aristippus, who lived comfortably by flattering the king.

Said Aristippus, ‘If you would learn to be subservient to the king you would not have to live on lentils.’ Said Diogenes, ‘Learn to live on lentils and you will not have to be subservient to the king.’
