Of course they do. Russia repudiated the communism that the Globalists are pushing, and so became persona non-grata. They must be villified, made an enemy, in order to gain public support for attacks on them to put them back in their place in the Globalist pecking order.

The CCP, on the other hand, continues to embrace, promote, and work towards the spread of global communism, so the Globalists love them dearly. Unfortunately, Xi does not understand his true place in the order, and thinks he will be leader, "president for life", of the new globalist communism. The Globalists will never allow that, and he will come to an unfortunate and abrupt end once his usefulness as their puppet has come to an end.

I would offer neither do the foot soldiers of ANTIFA or BLM. They will be the first to go once their usefulness has expired. 

Of course I am holding out the whole Communist take over of the west fails like it has for decades.
