You know, now that I've read the rest of the thread, i think that instead of permitting judicial discretion in the case or oral and anal sex, they should have instead removed it in the case of vaginal sex. that would have also promoted equality under the law, and at the same time strengthened the laws against pedophilia in all it's forms...
