Yes, I agree, if it could be used to replace lost limbs, eyes, or whatever a person needs, it would be wonderful!

The problem is, according to him, as these nanobots become more self aware, they can start thinking on their own and overrule what we tell them to do, if they think their way is better.  They won't have the human trait of empathy, sympathy, or or caring for their fellow "man" though, so it could get bad.
He said the nanos will replicate what they learn from humans.  So, if they see us fighting and warring all the time, that's what they will do to. He said we really need to balance the technology side with the spiritual side in order to keep things from getting out of hand.

Also, Corey Goode said that AI is the biggest threat to humanity, and one of the things the ETs fear the most.
