That is Cool, ok, I have from Harbin China, it is the provincial Capital of Heilongjiang Province.
 Harbin is above N. Korea in the upper right corner close to Russia and Siberia.
Very cold in the winter time which is about 7 months of the year.
 Those blocks of ice are cut from the river and then sculpted.
